Being one of the six Filipinos invited to present our papers at the 13th International Conference on Education, I stand proud to represent my university, La Salle University, as a PhD student.
I brought with me the results of my research which has impressed delegates from other countries. My paper presentation was received well by the international delegates as well as the organizers of the conference, the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. I am touched by the warm reception I received during my presentation, wherein many delegates came to listen to me. I am much happy because of the support of my family and fellow Filipino presenters.
This research as presented at the ICE 2008 was made possible by the undying love and affection by my constant friend and only wife, Michelle Beracis Cagape. I am doing this because of my wife and for our future family. This is my gift to her.
