Ever proud to be an Alumnus of MSU-IIT, I have attended the 2008 Grand Alumni Homecoming last July 12, 2008 at the spacious campus of IIT in Iligan City. Our campus now has changed physically and in terms of quality, has improved much. Our 'firsts' has been the hallmark of our university and been our trademark wherever we are brought by our destinies.
With me in the photo are my former professors at the Department of Marketing. They are Profs. Julita Bokingo, Melissa Mangali, Milagros Marohombsar, Marquita Dimamay and my friend, Prof. Pamela Resurrecion. The others were my fellow alumni from our Department whose dreams started as a student in the classes handled by these deserving and highly respected professors.
I am personally indebted to these professors who were one of the many influences in my life as a student and a young man in IIT. I was never the best student they had and I was never the most brilliant but I oftentimes remind them that in humility, I am grateful for their undying support and wisdom. I said that, "I can never be where I am now had it not because of their support and belief on my capacity."
Truly, I am proud to be an IITian. I am proud to be affiliated with these exceptionally talented women who help me achieve my dream some 14 years ago when I first entered into the Marketing Department.
My congratulations to these women who until now, help run the Department as their 'FIRST' home and our home all these years.
