With the UBD Students at the hostel lobby

These two students are from the Institute of Education at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam, our gracious hosts during the 13th International Conference on Education.

This was taken at the Visiting Lecturers Quarters' lobby and we are going to the dinner reception that the organizers organized for us, delegates to the ICE2008. The venue was at the mall in Brunei and it's a nice dinner and such a enjoyable dinner indeed.

In this picture we are about to leave for the dinner reception. As you can see, the lady beside me is beautifully dressed up already and this is the traditional dress for women in Brunei and this guy beside me too, is traditionally dressed for the dinner.
